Tens or Better
This game is a variation of 6/5 Jacks or Better. The difference here is that the minimum paying hand is a pair of tens, rather than a pair of Jacks. Tens or Better Video Poker is played with a deck of 52 cards, and there are no wild cards. The cards are shuffled before each and every deal.
There are increase or decrease bet buttons to control how much you want to bet use the plus (+) and minus (-) controls. No matter which coin level you are using if you click on “Bet One” you will put one coin only, and if you click on “Bet Max” you will be betting the maximum amount.
Once you are ready to play, you may click on the “deal” button and your first 5 cards will be dealt. You can choose which cards you want to hold or you can also have the option of “AutoHold” to allow the software to hold certain cards.
Once you win a hand, you have the chance to increase and double your winning payouts by utilizing the “Doubling” option. This is a great bonus feature that Tens and Better Poker gives you. With this option, 5 cards will appear on the screen, one is facing up (the dealer), and the other 4 are your cards. You select one card and if it is higher than the dealer’s one you win the double.
